Coffee Cup

I drank a cup of coffee,
And ate a piece of bread,
Had a chocolate cookie,
That you left for me to last,
Any bitter days of hunger.

I am waiting for your arrival,
Again at my door,
With a bag full of cookies,
Wrapped in your smile and scent of your hands!

I feel like a baby,
And you feed me with your breast!
Now I know I am a baby,
Grown up to be your dad!
Crazy chemistries!
Who wants the ideal,
If ideal is this messy,
With a wave of uncertain wind, on its side,
A low and high tide to test!

I will wait until you come,
To have another cup of coffee;
For no hunger can ever steal,
The True Love you left in my cup.
